Overview

If you have used Facebook Login or Google Login to access GuideNest, we may hold personal information linked to your social account. You may request deletion of this data at any time.

We collect only the minimum information required to operate your GuideNest account and provide core product functionality.

Data We May Collect Through Social Login

  • Social account user ID used to link your sign-in identity to GuideNest.
  • Name as provided by the social login provider.
  • Email address used for account access and service communications.
  • Profile image (if available) for account avatar display.
  • Date of birth where provided or requested for age eligibility checks.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Email admin@guidenest.com.au with the subject line Social Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name and the email address associated with your GuideNest account so we can locate your records.
  3. We will verify your request and process deletion. We aim to confirm completion within 30 days.

What Happens After Your Request

  • We verify identity before deletion to protect account security and prevent fraud.
  • Personal data connected to your social login account is permanently deleted from GuideNest systems.
  • You will receive confirmation by email when deletion is complete.
  • Some records may be retained where required by Australian law.
